But if the Supreme Court’s conservative majority follows through on its reported draft ruling striking down the landmark 1973 decision, nearly half the country could soon impose draconian restrictions on reproductive rights—beginning with the 13 states that have “trigger laws,” which would go into effect immediately upon Roe’s end.
